Groups typically are organized as four prepaid (approximately) monthly 90 minute sessions meeting the same time and day of week. Most of the time, the membership is limited to four members, occasionally there might be five. Members check-in individually in the beginning of each meeting to identify their preferred focus (case, skill, concept, issue, etc.), a starting topic is chosen and we attempt to get through everyone's topic, if possible. There is no requirement to have a topic, and many times a member (or two) is happy to learn from the topics chosen by others.

By the end of the series of four prepaid sessions, members are typically invited to renew membership for a next series of four sessions meeting (approximately) monthly the same time and day of week.
